Team structure & first meeting

Structure

As a team we discussed our respective strengths and decided they were as follows:

Sandra: Organisation, time management, research, written skills, mounting work
Clare: Presenting, marketing, concepts, written skills, the big picture
Leonie: Typography, illustration, layout, web, detail oriented, software

We will not be assigning job roles within the team, as we will work within a fluid structure and take on individual responsibilities or work collaboratively as and when required. When decisions need to be made, a majority vote will carry.

Communication

We will use email for formal detailed discussions where content is to be part of the production report or blog. Messenger will be used for informal discussion.

Key dates

Wednesday 3 February - Live brief to be presented
Wednesday 11 May - Pitch to Flourish
Wednesday 25 May - Hand in

All - upload potential logos to blog by Monday 1 February 6pm for discussion Monday evening
